Virtual Staging

Virtual staging involves digitally staging photos of the home, not the actual home itself. The property could be empty, or it could be full of mismatched furniture, knick-knacks, and clutter. Once the photos are taken, we edit the spaces to enhance the way they look. 

How to Order:

Once the photo shoot is complete, you will log in to your Pineapple Labs portal by going to pineapplelabs.io

 

• Go to "My listings".

 

• Click the address where you want to order virtual staging.
• Then click "view listing".

 

• Click "order services".

 

• Under editing services, select "virtual staging". 
• Then toggle "+" "-" depending on how many photos you want to use for virtual staging.
  
  

• Click next. Review and pay.

To choose the photos that you want to use for virtual staging.

• Go to the photos tab.
• Then hover your mouse to the photo that you want to use and take note of the file name. You can take note of the last 4 digits.
  
  

 

• You can also click the photo to maximize it. The file name will be on the top left corner of your screen.
• You can go through our virtual staging catalog and choose the furniture IDs for your virtual staging photos.

• When you're done ordering the virtual staging service in the portal, you can email us at [e-mail] send us the image/s or the file names of the photos, and the furniture ID (from the Virtual Staging Catalog), along with other detailed virtual staging instructions.
  
  
• Please note that you can only select 1 set of furniture per space and keep in mind that we move and rotate the furniture in the space. Make sure to be certain about what you want when you pick your furniture as revisions require an additional charge ($23). If you are uploading images for virtual staging that were not captured by Pineapple Labs, then make sure to provide high-resolution versions of the images for the best results.

• The turnaround time for this process is typically between 48-72 hours.
• Our base charge for virtual staging is $23 per image.
• Virtual Renovation is $65 (we digitally renovate a room by replacing current furniture, walls, windows, etc.. with new updated looks)
