Why am I receiving this notification?
One of our technicians would like to service your booking but at a different time than initially proposed.
How do I accept or decline an alternate time request?
To view the request, click on the green “Accept or Decline Request” button in the email you received. You’ll be redirected to your content management page and view all suggested alternate times. You can accept or decline the requests from here.
What happens if I accept a request?
When you accept a request, the shoot will automatically update to the new confirmed date and time.
What happens if I decline a request?
When you decline a request, the technician will receive a notification that the time did not work with your schedule. Your shoot will remain open until a technician is confirmed.
Where do I find the confirmed date and time?
You can view all of the details for your shoot under “Service Info” in your content management page. The date and time will be the first item on the screen.
