Yes, you can remove your alternate time request at any time and submit a new one.
Will my services automatically update if an agent accepts my request?
Yep. Your services will update the moment an agent confirms your suggested time.
Where do I check the confirmed date and time?
While logged in your portal, click on the listing and navigate to “Service Info”. The date and time will appear at the top of the page.
When will I know if my request was accepted or declined?
This is up to the agent and when they check their email. Agents are notified any time an alternate time request is submitted for their listing.
