I just received and email stating that my booking request has been received. Does that mean my shoot is confirmed?
This email is notifying you that we received your booking request and sent it to our technician team. Your booking will be officially confirmed once a technician has picked it up. You will receive an email when this action occurs.
Is my preferred date and time confirmed?
We strive to match you with a technician that is available during your preferred date and time. If your preferred date or time isn’t available, our technicians will send you alternate time requests. These come via email, and you’re welcome to either accept or decline these requests. You will receive further information about these emails should one come through.
When will I hear if a technician has picked up my shoot?
Our goal is to match you with a technician by the following day.
What if I need to reschedule?
If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your booking we ask that you contact us by 6:00 pm the night before the service with any changes to avoid added fees. To make these changes, please reach out via chat on our website or +1 844-999-0877
How do I book additional services?
To book additional services, navigate to “Service Options” on the left side of your content management page. Next, click “Edit Options” and a list of bookable services will appear. The list is based on the scheduled technician’s certifications. If the service you’d like to book isn’t listed, please reach out via chat or email, and we’ll book it for you.
