How do I send special instructions to the Pineapple editing team?
If you’d like to share specific instructions with the editing team, send us a detailed message at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to email during open hours so that we can get your message to the editing team before we close. We’re open every day 9 AM-5 PM MST.
How will I receive my photos when they are finished being edited?
You will be notified via email once your task has finished processing. At that point, you can follow the content management link to the Pineapple Labs portal where you can view, download, and share the images with your client.
When should I expect my photos back?
We have a guaranteed next day turnaround time for completed photos.
Can I request revisions?
Yes, we are glad to adjust images until we reach an outcome you and your clients can be happy with. If corrections are needed, you can simply communicate with us through the live chat feature in your Portal.
From here, you can share the image name and the specifics of which revisions are needed. Our team will submit your re-edits as top priority!
How do I share the content with my client?
The best way to share the content for the listing with your client is to send them the content management link. From here, the client is able to view, sort, and download the images for the listing. When downloading, the client can select from web, print, or uncompressed image resolutions. From the content management link, they can also access the virtual tour and property website links to list and share their property.
