How should I prepare for my shoot?
The best place to read about shoot prep is in the Photographer Handbook located in your portal (you must be signed in to access it). We also ask that you contact the client before the date of the shoot for any special instructions and to make a personal connection before meeting in person.
What if I need to reschedule?
We’re all human. Things happen. If you need to reschedule your shoot, contact the listing agent ASAP and work together to find a new date or time. If rescheduling doesn’t work for them, contact us, and we’ll find a new technician to complete the shoot. If a new time is arranged, please be sure to update the booking in the portal.
What should I do if the agent contacts me to reschedule?
If the agent contacts you to reschedule, try as best you can to find a new time that works for both parties (please don’t forget to update the portal with the new information!). In the rare instance that rescheduling the shoot won’t work, let us know and we will schedule a new technician.
The agent wants to add services and is asking me how to do it. What should I say?
If you’re in person, direct them to their content management page, then click on “Service Options” → “Edit Options”, and the new service they wish to book. Only services that you are certified in will be displayed. Next, they will pay for the service via credit card, and they’re set!
