How to Book a New Service
- Log into your account.
- Click "+new listing" on the left side of your screen.
- Follow the prompts and proceed to payment (property address, preferred photographer if applicable, services to be performed, any upgrades, date, and time).

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I check availability?
Easy! We do our best to confirm your preferred date and time. Complete your booking and we will do the rest!
If we cannot find someone for that time, then either a technician will send you an alternate time request or we will contact you asking for a new date and time. We ask for at least 48-hours of advance notice for the highest chance of finding you an available technician.
How do I request a preferred photographer?
During the booking process, you will be prompted to enter the name of a preferred photographer. Search their name, select their profile, and complete the booking. They will receive the request as soon as your order has been processed.
How do I book additional services?
If you’ve completed your order but need to add more services, click “Your listings” then the property address of the order you’d like to modify. Within the listing, you’ll see “+ editing & more” on the left side. Click on this button and select the additional services you'd like to book. Complete the order and enter your credit card information for payment.
What if I need to book a service that isn’t listed as an option for my shoot?
If the service you’d like to add isn’t an option after following the steps above, contact us and we will book it for you.
I’m trying to book an address but the system won’t allow me. What’s going on?
If you cannot proceed past the address step in the booking process, then more than likely the zip code is out of our service area. Contact us and we will determine if we can find a technician to service the shoot.
How do I check which services I’ve booked?
All booked services are listed under “Services” within the listing page.
How do I see my past bookings?
To view your past listings, login to your account, and navigate to “Your Listings” on the left side of your screen. All services booked underneath your account will be listed here.
