If there’s a need to reschedule your shoot due to unforeseen circumstances (seller is sick, house not ready, family emergency, bad weather, etc.), here's what you need to do:
1. Give your photographer a heads-up.

Let your photographer know about the last-minute changes so they can prepare ahead of time. You can see their contact information in the confirmation email that Pineapple Labs has sent you.
2. Contact our Customer Success Team

After informing your photographer about the change, contact our customer success team so they can make adjustments to your shoot. You can contact the team via the following options:

A gentle reminder that you need to get in touch with us before 4:00 PM the day before the service. This is to avoid cancellation fees and to give us time to contact your technician and plot a new schedule for them.
