How should I prepare for the shoot?
Once a technician is confirmed for your shoot, connect with them via phone or email, and relay any important information before they arrive.
Read the Home Preparation Guide. Quick note: The photographer is NOT responsible for moving items and cleaning, but will help when possible. The home must be photo ready by the scheduled shoot time.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens! If you need to reschedule and a technician is confirmed for your shoot, contact them directly and coordinate a new time. Your technician’s contact information is located under “Service Info” on your content management page. Ask the technician to update the shoot with your confirmed time.
If you and the technician can’t find a new time, then reach out to us, and we will schedule a new technician for you.
Lastly, if a technician isn’t confirmed, contact us via chat or email, and we will update the booking for you with the new date and time.
How do I book additional services?
To book additional services, navigate to “Service Options” on the left side of your content management page. Next, click “Edit Options” and a list of bookable services will appear. The list is based on the scheduled technician’s certifications. If the service you’d like to book isn’t listed, then please reach out via chat or email and we’ll book it for you.
